The Nook: £120 per night, for a maximum of two people sharing, with rates reducing on a sliding scale depending upon how many nights you stay.
Important notes:
ACCESSIBILITY: The Upstairs studio and The Nook properties both have stairs which, due to fire risks, makes them unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
GUESTS: Neither the Hideaway studios nor The Nook are suitable for inviting friends or family to stay with you overnight.

Please note, if the accommodation you'd like to book doesn't appear, it's because it's not available. If you're flexible on when you're coming to Leeds, try tweaking your dates.
CANCELLATIONS: If one of life's bumps in the road means you have to cancel your booking very close to your check-in date, it's highly unlikely we'll be able to find new guests to fill your dates, so we won't be able to refund you. We would suggest you take out travel insurance which includes cancellation due to illness. Annual cover is generally better value, and would cover you for other events and holidays.
To secure your reservation, we'll need a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. You must pay the balance at least 10 days before your arrival date or we will release the hold on our calendar. (NB: If you've already booked with us via airbnb or booking.com, their deposit/payment terms and conditions will apply.)
Cancellation terms for direct bookings via our website:
Up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will lose your 25% deposit.
14 days or under, no monies already paid can be returned.
