It's a cosy corner of our house that we call The Nook, and we're happy to let guests rent it when we don't have friends or family visiting...
The Nook on the brook: the bedroom looks out over the garden, the beck and the park.
While it's part of our farmhouse home, our guest suite has its own entrance door and we're able to close it off from the main house to give you complete privacy.
It offers 'upside-down living' - the ensuite bedroom with its 4-foot small double bed is downstairs, while there's a cosy lounge/dining room with a kitchenette area and a separate WC upstairs. There's an internet-only TV and a plethora of USB sockets to power your gadgets.
Cooking facilities are limited (there's a fridge, microwave, toaster and a single-plate hob), but if you're happy with a combo of eating out and making simple meals while you're in Leeds, we're sure you'll be perfectly content in our cosy Nook. Have a look at our gallery...
Please note that The Nook is not suitable for inviting friends or family to stay with you overnight.

To secure your reservation, we'll need a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. You must pay the balance at least 10 days before your arrival date or we will release the hold on our calendar.
Cancellation terms:
Up to 10 days before the arrival date, you will lose your 25% deposit.
10 days or under, no monies already paid can be returned.
